Sharp Dentistry was opened by Dr. Henry D. Sharp, Jr in 1966. A native of Rock Hill, SC and a graduate of Erskine college, Dr. Sharp received a doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Emory University School of Dentistry. He served two years of active duty as a dentist in the US Air Force. He returned to Rock Hill and opened Sharp Dentistry September 7, 1966.
In July 1998, H. Drummond Sharp III, DMD joined the practice. Drs. Sharp and Sharp practiced together until August 2012. Madison Sharp, DMD joined the practice in July 2025 and Drs. Sharp and Sharp currently practice together.
